These terms govern your use of Tesify, an AI-assisted academic writing assistant. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
1. The service
Tesify helps you structure, draft, reference and review academic work. The tool supports your work — authorship of, and responsibility for, the final content are yours.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Tesify in line with your institution’s academic integrity rules. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Ownership of content
The content you create belongs to you. We grant you a licence to use the software to produce your work.
5. Payments and cancellation
The free plan requires no card. Paid plans, where applicable, are charged as described at the time of purchase. Consumers resident in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies. If you contract from South Africa, the rights granted to consumers under South African consumer protection legislation, including in respect of electronic transactions, apply where applicable.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome; the final review of your work is always your responsibility.
